Seller reviewLJ went above and beyond every step of the way in helping my grandmother sell her house. He explained every step of the process and always checked in. He was 100% accurate in what we should price the property at and how fast/how many offers we would get. His experience and expertise led to numerous offers within a week of listing with ones well over asking which was phenomenal. He was great at explaining later negotiations and pros and cons to each decision. He's not pushy at all and gives you the information you need. He's super nice and pleasant to work with and left a lasting impression on my grandmother. I cannot recommend him enough if you're looking to buy or sell a property.

This is the part where our realtor LJ Bunker played a very important role in the selling of our house. In all honesty, LJ gave us confidence and professionalism since the moment we first met. Both my wife and I, had a sense of relief after he answered all the questions that we had, and he proposed his plan to proceed with moving forward for the sale of our house. Seller reviewLJ was very knowledgeable about market and how my home would compare to other sold homes and currently listed homes. He was prepared with plan to sell my home when I met with him and what he needed to do to get the best offer for me which is what he achieved. LJ always kept my best interest in mind especially going through a stressful time of relocating and trying to find a job in are I was relocating too. LJ was always had open conversation and always valued what I thought. It was definitely the best decision that I made. I would strongly recommend him to anyone selling there home or buying a home.

He had valuable knowledge not just of the Manchester area in general but of our local neighbourhood in partiuclar - he had recently sold a home just a street from us for a family who moved under the same circumstances we did. LJ took time to understand our unique circumstances and discussed a well detailed plan to get our home sold quickly without sacrificing sale value. He stayed actively connected with us in constant but non-invasive communivcation to make sure he was still aligned with our needs - he was very helpful in giving recommendations for solutions whenever we had questions/concerns.
