Seller reviewLJ does it again! After LJ helped my family land our first home, he sold our investment condo for a record price in less than 7-days in the very sought after town of West Hartford. LJ continues to impress with his calm, cool, and collected manner, all while getting his client top dollar. There's not many agents like LJ in CT and he will forever be my family's go-to agent for all things property!

Buyer reviewLJ Bunker is the only realtor I would recommend for anyone searching for a house in CT. LJ was fully transparent, accessible and quick to respond from the word Go. During our search he was helpful in guiding us on market trends and consistently advised us on his opinions of value vs cost - although never crossing the line of trying to convince us to do anything we did not want to do. During the closing LJ Bunker helped us negotiate a price we were comfortable with and even credits based on findings within the home inspection. Overall, LJ was transparent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy and will be my only recommendation for anyone in need of a real-estate agent in CT.

LJ was great in answering all my questions and even telling me things I wasn't aware that I didn't know about. He was patient while I looked for the right home and was quick in showing me prospective houses. I highly recommend LJ!

Seller reviewI am not easily impressed, but LJ did an amazing job! As executor of my mother's estate, I needed to get her house sold. As I live in North Carolina I knew I needed someone who would be "hands on" and not just list the house and consider their job done. LJ was fantastic from start to finish - including helping coordinate repairs when a tree fell on the house 3 hours before the house was set to be active on the market! After a slight delay it went on the market and LJ was great in helping to work through the numerous offers! Then there were some other issues on the buyer's side – and LJ navigated everything with professionalism - and I always had the upmost trust and confidence in anything that he handled. LJ excelled at communication, which seems to be a rarity in this day and age. I am a true fan of LJ, and can't say enough good things about how he handled everything for us – with a great outcome. If you want a true real estate professional on your side, LJ is your guy!

His professionalism, how he marketed the property, and his enthusiasm and energy were leaps and bounds above the competition. LJ kept us in the loop throughout the process, and always returned phone calls / texts promptly. He was even willing to water our garden and plants while we were out of town! Aside from LJ being a good guy, results matter. And LJ sold our house in under a week, and for $65,000 over asking price! LJ is a true professional, very personable, and GETS RESULTS! Couldn't be happier with LJ. If all real estate agents had his work ethic, honesty and professionalism, the industry would be held in higher regard.
