Seller reviewLJ is a prime example of how I feel all realtors should be. He truly cares for his clients and their need and wants above all. We were hesitant to use a realtor but LJ met with us in person and explained his strategy and what he can bring to the table. His communication skills were excellent and gave us the confidence we needed to work with him on the sale of our home. Seller reviewLJ helped me sell my home when I moved across the country. He was hands on and did a great job on ensuring the property looked good for photos, and provided clear advice on how to get the property sold. During my first interaction with him, I was confident we would work well together. I typically ask for references and also ask questions so I can better get to know who I'll be working with. LJ was very responsive and helpful. He is great at communication either by text, email, or by phone. No matter what way I reached out, he was quick to respond. During the initial stages he walked me through what I would expect in selling my home as this was my first time selling. He made me comfortable relying on him to get the house on the market, and also giving me the guidance on where to price it and to ensure I got the best bang for my buck. LJ won't let you down. He's eager, motivated, and wants to make sure he does a good job for his clients.
