Seller reviewWe had a very unique and complicated situation. We were selling property in Virginia yet we live in NY, the property had been in my deceased father's name and we had a living widow ( not our mother) who had no intention of staking a claim. Lonnette was very knowledgeable of the local laws and regulations. She sold the property quickly during uncertain times. The closing went smoothly despite the fact that we were all in another state. I enjoyed speaking to Lonnette and we trusted her without hesitation. Her genuine approach and her amicable persona quickly put any doubts about using her to sell our land to rest.
