My husband and I made the decision to move out of state and found a house to move into, which meant that we had to put our current house on the market right away. Lora gave us great feedback, was super knowledgeable and her network connections were great. She worked quick and efficiently and we had an offer in under a week. Lora is very responsive and professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process (contract agreement, inspection and final closing details). After meeting with all three it was clear that Lora Mahnke was the clear choice to work with. She met with me on short notice, came prepared to the meeting with market details which related to my specific home and listened to what my needs were regarding the sale. Lora gave me advice as to what I should consider updating before listing my home and, equally as important, what didn't need to be changed. Lora's recommendations were right on. The home sold within 30 days at the original listed price. The entire process from our initial meeting through the closing could not have been better.

Seller reviewLora Mahnke helped us purchase our home. We were from out of state and our time here was limited. Lora worked with our daughter to start searching for homes for us. She FaceTimed with us until we thought we found a few possibilities. Then we drove up to Chicago and worked with Lora. We told Lora the days and times we were available to see homes and she made sure she was available for us on those days. We found our home and After we moved in , Lora continued to stay in touch with us and was a tremendous help In helping us with resources in the area. She was always available for us, kind and considerate. After my husband passed, I had Lora sell my home. She had amazing pictures taken of our home and property. She had priced it right from the beginning and that is what I eventually sold it for. I would highly recommend Lora to anyone buying or selling a home. She gives it her all and does a great job.
