Seller reviewWe are so grateful with the work Lora Mahnke did for us in order to sell our house and help us purchase our next home. Once we gave her the thumbs up to list our house - the pictures were taken and our house hit the MLS/Internet. There was no time wasted. She was able to sell our house the second day listed and help us purchase a home on day 3. She was so thorough and took all the stress away from us. The only thing she didn't help us do was pack!!! I would recommend Lora Mahnke for all these reasons. The staff at Century 21 New Heritage was very helpful with paperwork and making sure we were aware of showings. They are all very efficient and a great part of Lora's team.

Buyer reviewLora was always available to show us homes last year. We had only 1 week here from Cincinnati which is where we lived. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area. She took the time to get to know us and she really cared about what we were looking for. When we finally sold our home, Lora worked with my daughter who lives in Chicago to find us a home in the 55+ community. Lora worked diligently with our daughter. They found a home for us and using FaceTime we were shown several homes. We made another trip to Chicago after our home sold and Lora was amazing to work with. Although she is very busy she made us feel special in purchasing our home. She played an active role in contacting the loan mortgage officer when they weren't doing what they were supposed to do to get our loan moving. She connected us with her attorney to help us with problems we encountered before closing. I can't say enough about Lora. She was amazing to work with and we would recommend her without reservation. She gets an A+ from us!
