I currently work with seniors and specializing in listing and selling in over 55 communities throughout Chicagoland and the Southwest Suburbs. Over 40 years experience in the real estate business including owning my own Century 21 office. In 2014, I merged with Century 21 Circle. I have trained hundreds of agents and enjoy this business tremendously. I was the President of the Illinois Realtors Association in 2012. In 2015, I was awarded the tremendous honor of being the Illinois Realtor of the Year, a selection from over 50,000 Illinois Realtor members. I am currently on the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations Real Estate Board.

Seller reviewMy family used Loretta 2 years ago when my mom passed away and we put her house up for sale. She was one of three realtors we interviewed and we were very impressed by her knowledge. My mom's house sold very quickly. This time it was my mother-in-laws house that we needed to sell. She was moved into assisted living so we needed to have a quick sale. I recommended Loretta to my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. We all met and they were impressed as well. We listed it on a Monday and had 2 offers at full price! We were all very pleased with Loretta's services. She kept us informed every step of the way. Again, very happy with Loretta - I would immediately recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!! Seller reviewLoretta was great! Because she lived in the over 55 community where my mom lived after moving out of her house, she stopped by often to bring in the garbage cans, make sure the house looked nice after showings, and generally kept the house in "show" condition.
