From the beginning Lori was friendly, made good suggestions, knowledgeable about the market, presented a great plan and followed through. Lori was always available whenever we needed her. Our area had a hail storm which resulted in roof and siding damage to the house. As we were out of town, Lori went and checked on our home and contacted us with what she found. At closing we had funds put in escrow for the hail damage, Lori continues to keep in contact with us and has told us she will continue to represent us until the excrow funds are distibuted. Lori and the staff at Century 21 Affiliated are first class. We could not be happier with our home sale process. We recommend Lori Bernard to sell or buy your home. Thank you Lori!
