Buyer reviewLori was very knowledgeable about the market and knew where to set the price and what changes we needed to make (and not) to make it sell quickly. It sold in one day. We used Lori to both sell and search for a new house. Lori listened well and keyed in on what was important. While we ended up selecting a house we found, Lori did her best to present other options that met our needs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone selling or searching for a house.

We appreciated her calm and capable handling during tense times with inspectors and their comnents and written reports. That said we respected buyers requests for some needed services and upgrades . Lori kept us informed and on track during the selling process. ;she was always available when we needed to discuss things with her directly. We have already recommended Lori as an agent with neighbors and friends Considering selling their homes at the "right time" . In spite of Covid concerns, or perhaps because of it... the selling of our home, down sizing, and moving Into an apt , happened at the right time. We are grateful.

No other realtor could have dealt so patiently and professionally with all the issues that came up during our purchase of the home and subsequent sale of our home. Seller reviewLori Bernard delivered and ran the process that allowed our house to get listed quickly with excellent photos, 3D house views, and online information. We had an accepted offer within 10 days. Lori was also able to provided excellent navigation for the final sale when the closing process hit some unexpected delays.
