Lori was so great, from the beginning, she walked me through the steps that we would need to accomplish to get my house on the market. She explained all the forms, and the inspections, so I was confident that I would be able to achieve the final goal, the sale of my home. She and Doug were so patient with me! They were very efficient once I had met the goals they had set for me. The home had the listings placed in so many locations, that is wasn't long till we got an offer. Then, two days before the sale, a pipe burst, and water was spewing all over, and coming out an upstairs window. I'm on the road to a doctors appointment, and have a funeral just after that, and am starting to freak out, what am I going to do? I called Lori at about 7 AM, and left her a voicemail. Within a short period of time, she returned my call, and assured me that Doug was meeting the plumber at 9, and he would handle the crisis. All through that morning, Doug was not only keeping me informed about what was happening, but emailing me forms I needed to sign to get things started. Telling me to contact my insurance person, then talking to the insurance adjuster for me, so that I could get to the funeral on time. I can't thank Doug and Lori enough for their calm professionalism, and the efficient way they handled all aspects of my sale.

Lori Davis did an outstanding job selling my parents home. She communicated everything that was taking place ie showings, inspection, offers.
