I did extensive research on line and Lori had the best web site, by far, listing her years of experience, awards, records for sales, etc. It was the main reason I picked Lori to work with. Other brokers had little to nothing to impress me or let me know their records for past sales. Having never been through the sale of a house, I was always able to get her honest opinion when I was uncertain what to do. In addition, I was also so lucky to be able to work with Lori's husband Doug, who was always available to be at the house to let people in for inspections, upgrades, etc. and to walk me through/explain the actual work that had been done. Once I hired Lori/Doug, all I had to do was wait for their next instructions/questions and then decide/answer them. They took over all the "headaches" for me. They were available at any time via e-mail, text, phone and always answered promptly. I can't imagine having to handle all that goes into the sale of a house while trying to hold down a job and take care of my own home. I would HIGHLY recommend Lori (and Doug) and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again!
