Lori Lentz-Widner has lived, worked, and enjoyed life on the Grand Strand since 2000. Originally from Wisconsin, Lori moved to Myrtle Beach for college and fell in love with the area. She delights in helping home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, and her passion sets her apart. She attended Coastal Carolina University, where she earned her bachelors degree in business administration and management. She went on to manage specialty retail Fortune 500 companies, where she became a top performer and producer. She excelled in providing excellent customer service and empowering employees to reach their goals.     Lori went above and beyond our expectations to find us the right beach house. She was always available and answered our questions timely and honesty. Lori even went and videotaped a potential home for us that we were not able to see ourselves due to fact that we lived out of town and could not make it in town to see the property. Lori made buying a beach home a good experience!

    We are from Virginia and we selected Lori from online. I had told my husband I hoped we had selected someone that would actually listen to us and what we wanted. The first time we met Lori we were immediately put at ease. She took the time to actually talk with us in depth to the type of place we would be comfortable and feel secure. She was always there to listen when we would see something we felt we would like and always gave us an honest open feedback as to the pros and cons of each place. She was so patient with us because I felt we looked at a large number of properties before we decided on one. Then when we decided to sell our condo to find a larger unit she was there to provide advice on the things we needed to do to make the property more appealing in order to sell faster. Lol. We actually sold much quicker than we thought so she is now in the process of assisting us in purchasing another condo. We would highly recommend Lori to anyone in need of a realtor. Her knowledge of the area and her attention to the details of what you are in need of are rare. Thank you Lori and looking forward to our continued search for our new condo!!!

Her demeanor and attitude made us feel comfortable. Lori helped us every step through a sometimes trying closing because of our living 2,500 miles away and through delays because of a local snowstorm. Lori Lentz-Widner is quite possibly the finest real estate agent we have ever met.

    Ms. Widner built a relationship with me over a 2 year period as i considered retirement. She kept in contact with me updating on trends in the area as well as information about condo communities that I was considering. Her local knowledge and information was critical in me making my decision to purchase. She would send me price trends via e-mail and call occasionally to update on my retirement forecast during that 2 year business relationship.
