Lori Lentz-Widner has lived, worked, and enjoyed life on the Grand Strand since 2000. Originally from Wisconsin, Lori moved to Myrtle Beach for college and fell in love with the area. She delights in helping home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, and her passion sets her apart. She attended Coastal Carolina University, where she earned her bachelors degree in business administration and management. She went on to manage specialty retail Fortune 500 companies, where she became a top performer and producer. She excelled in providing excellent customer service and empowering employees to reach their goals. We had no friends or family in SC, so were starting from scratch. I interviewed several agents over the phone -- and once I spoke with Lori, I knew she was the one. She has vast local knowledge, is passionate about meeting her clients needs, and gave unbiased and thoughtful feedback on what we should consider. This was a long, emotional process, and we flew out twice to tour communities and houses -- she must have spent 50 hours with us in person, and showed us more than 50 homes. Lori always arrived fully prepared with detailed printouts, local comps and appointments already set. When we finally decided on a home, she negotiated swiftly and made sure we got the best possible terms. We are from out of state and only had a short time to look at houses while we were in town. We ended up buying a house unseen by us on Lori's recommendation. That's how much we trusted her knowledge!! We did a FaceTime walk through and she also sent us a very detailed video of the home. Lori is a great communicator and knows what she is doing!!
