To say that I lucked out when Lori Lentz-Widner called me in response to a Zillow ad, is a huge understatement. I told her what I was looking for, a rather lengthy list of requirements, must be pet friendly, must have on-site restaurant, must be oceanfront, must have an elevator, must have covered parking and the list went on. She and Patti Kielty came up with a number of excellent properties for me to see when I made a 2-day trip from VA to see as much as they could show me in those 2 days....What I discovered was, that in my price range, oceanfront was just not going to be practical. Lori, thinking outside the box, showed me the property I ended up purchasing. The only thing it lacks is oceanfront...but it does have inter-coastal waterfront with a dedicated cabana for owners only that is right on the ocean. So I ended up with everything on my wish list, plus garage parking and my own dedicated storage unit. I couldn't be happier, but it wouldn't have happened at all if Lori had not thrown this property into the mix. Sometimes buyers may know what they want....but a great agent will find them what they need. That puts Lori squarely in the "great agent" category.
