Lori Lentz-Widner has lived, worked, and enjoyed life on the Grand Strand since 2000. Originally from Wisconsin, Lori moved to Myrtle Beach for college and fell in love with the area. She delights in helping home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, and her passion sets her apart. She attended Coastal Carolina University, where she earned her bachelors degree in business administration and management. She went on to manage specialty retail Fortune 500 companies, where she became a top performer and producer. She excelled in providing excellent customer service and empowering employees to reach their goals. Buyer reviewHave worked with Lori in the past and would not even consider going elsewhere for our real estate needs. Lori continually puts the needs of the customer first and always finds perfect solutions to any obstacles that come along during the process. She goes out of her way to be involved in the process and helps out in any way she can. Excellent team support for Lori. Purchasing home is an expensive and a long term decision which can be very stressful. Working with Lori makes the whole process more comfortable due to her calm and attentive manner. Her attention to detail and ability to find solutions and deal with the unexpected makes the whole process seem smooth.

Buyer reviewWe called from Pennsylvania inquiring about a property listed on another website. Lori was quick to answer all our questions and asked us to keep her in mind when we moved to Myrtle Beach. Upon arrival, Lori was very accommodating to our requests to see properties. Lori was very knowledgeable when it came to the area, school districts, any flooding concerns, HOA information, traffic. etc. as well as the availability of local attractions and services. She provided us with a variety of choices and phone numbers to lawyers, inspectors, plumbers, electricians, etc. She was able to quickly book showings to multiple houses on the same day. When it came time to buy our house, she recommended an asking price which was lower than we were going to offer, resulting in saving us some money on the purchase price. After our offer was accepted, she was quick to give us a variety of phone numbers for utilities, etc. She was present at closing and asked questions that we didn't think of. Lori was very patient and accommodating. We started looking for a house in July of 2018. We had an accepted offer in August of 2018 but had to back out due to the seller's refusal to make needed safety repairs to the property. Lori continued to work with us and show us properties until October/November of 2018 when we signed a 6 month lease for the winter. She remained in contact with us, even calling us to wish us a happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. In late December and in early January, Lori reached out to us to see when and if we were interested in resuming our search. We resumed our search in early February and she quickly took us out to see some properties until we found our house. Throughout this entire process, Lori was extremely patient and understanding of our wishes. My wife is deaf and Lori was excellent in communicating with her, as most of the showings in 2019 I could not attend but my wife could. When she found a property she liked, Lori was able to show me the property later that same evening. We could not have asked for a better realtor than Lori! Century 21 should be very proud to have such a dedicated, hard worker.

Seller reviewWe chose Lori in part due to the rave reviews posted by former clients. The house was under contract within 3 days of being listed for sale. We live out of state and all communications/dealings were done via email and text. Lori was always available and was right on top of things. We would highly recommend Lori Lentz-Widner to anyone who is looking to list property in the Myrtle Beach/Conway area.
