Although Lori is excellent in all of the above, if I could rate her higher than Excellent in "Patient" and "Timely Communications" I would. Lori was always available to text or chat, she was on the ball with all communications, and she was extremely patient with me and my (very particular) fiance. I will be selling another home soon, and there is no question that I will choose Lori to be my broker.

Lori is the most thorough and on-top-of EVERYTHING type of person I have dealt with in decades. During the process of finding a home I have dealt with a few other agents and they were not anything near what Lori is. Lori took control and ensured the process moved forward expeditiously and more often then not, following through and taking on additional responsibilities of the Seller's agent, title company, HOA and yes, even my own attorney. Lori is someone that has the skills and customer care I only remember from decades ago. Many today just do what they need or as little as they need to completion. Lori is NOT one of them. I would refer her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. Actually, I have grown to see her as a friend. Smart, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, thorough, driven and a step a head in the process.

Lori is very personable and adept at understanding a clients need. My purchase became complicated and tedious and she "shined like a diamond" through the process! ...Always willing and available to show me homes. If she didnt know an answer she quickly reached out to get the information. She is knowledgeable and very reassuring. She is phenomenal! She continues to be helpful even after all is said and done.
