This was an estate sale and I reside in another state. Everything was handled via phone, text and email and Lori kept me in the loop every step of the way regarding prospective buyers and showings. I did not expect many showings due to the shelter in place restrictions, but Lori managed to show the home several times. After a few weeks of showings with no offers, she made suggestions to improve the home and she researched the local area for vendors since I am unfamiliar with the area. We made the improvements and had an offer just a few short weeks later. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process very easy for me.

I met Laurie at an open house she was willing to show us a home that had already closed we couldn't wait she sent me an email there after and I immediately connected with her and she has been wonderful throughout my process going through a closing when it was an estate sale where they were additional paperwork required through COVID-19 the lawyer she recommended wonderful title company great!On my contacts I needed to close she recommended and worked over and above and beyond as Lori Militano did!
