As a life-long resident of South Carolina, and having lived in Summerville since 1990, I can truly say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I'm hooked on living in the Lowcountry! I love helping clients acquire the home of their dreams, as well as helping others sell their home when the time comes. I also work with investors in their search to purchase or sell rental homes. Looking for land to build on, or for hunting or fishing? I'm your professional for that too! Being an honor graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Administration has been a real asset to me in my real estate career. I am honored to have been named Realtor of Distinction by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors for four years running. I am proud to have served as 2017 President of the North Area Top Producers Club, and to have received the Quality Service Award from Century 21 corporate for four years. My designations include Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert. My top priorities are to protect the best interests of my clients and to provide excellent service, which I will do with integrity and professionalism.

Even when there were issues with information getting back and forth between and and me lender, Lou went above and beyond to help me provide these. As a first time home buyer, I was very concerned about the process, but she made it simple and seamless. Lou is very knowledgable of the area and was able to help me choose the right home type for me even though I started out with a completely different idea of what I wanted. She was able to come up with a lot of alternatives to my original idea and took notes of what I did and did not like about homes until we found the perfect one for me in accordance with my lifestyle right now. If I decide to move again, I will definitely work with her again. I strongly suggest to use her to my family and friends.
