As a life-long resident of South Carolina, and having lived in Summerville since 1990, I can truly say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I'm hooked on living in the Lowcountry! I love helping clients acquire the home of their dreams, as well as helping others sell their home when the time comes. I also work with investors in their search to purchase or sell rental homes. Looking for land to build on, or for hunting or fishing? I'm your professional for that too! Being an honor graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Administration has been a real asset to me in my real estate career. I am honored to have been named Realtor of Distinction by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors for four years running. I am proud to have served as 2017 President of the North Area Top Producers Club, and to have received the Quality Service Award from Century 21 corporate for four years. My designations include Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert. My top priorities are to protect the best interests of my clients and to provide excellent service, which I will do with integrity and professionalism.

Seller reviewLou Minus came highly recommended by a friend . She had assisted my friend's daughter with the purchase of her first home. And she had assisted my friend's neighbor with the sell of her home. My friend said -Lou is thorough and patient.She was right Lou was very patient throughout the whole process. We knew when we started the process that it was going to be difficult to sale the condo. It had to be owner occupied and it was not in the ideal neighborhood. We went through two buyers before we finally found a cash buyer. Lou never showed frustration. She responded to my texts, emails and phone calls in a timely manner. She assured me that we would find a buyer. Lou worked with the HOA on several occasions to secure information that was needed in order to sell the condo. In fact, she did things to assist with the sale that I'm certain other agents would not have done. Lou Minus is a professional!

She kept us updated and made sure our loan officier was on top of everything to keep the process going.
