I always felt that Louise had my best interest at heart. She had a lot of knowledge of the home and community. Very easy to contact and when she didn't have an answer, she would work in a timely manner to get me the info I sought. She shard other contacts and I was pleased with everyone she suggested. Louise goes way above what's expected from a realtor. As an example Louise noticed one of my bathroom accessories and found some beautiful decorative complimentary items to finish it off and presented them to me as a gift. Above and beyond what's expected. Thanks Louise.

Seller review

Louise did everything correctly. It was not her fault for the delay of the closing. Between the Certificate of Occupancy and this pandemic going on, it was impossible to close on the sell of the house. At least the future owners rented the house before we could actually close on it.

Louise is very well known and has a great reputation She was there every step of the way No matter what time day or night. she made me feel like I mattered and never was a problem. I'm older and I needed a lot of hand holding. She definitely knows her stuff Louise did everything she said to market my home. Had a buyer in the first week. I would recommend Louise to everyone You can't find a better agent. She is a very kind, caring and professional person.
