Louise was great to work with. She was very attentive to detail. She realized that the house was listed wrong and had the sellers change the house into a legal two family. Louise also helped me with a property line issue that she found. She was great with advising us with what to do every step of the way.

Louise Delgiudice took a very difficult situation (the sale of my late brother's home) and made it bearable, almost enjoyable. I was very impressed with her friendly demeanor but she was also very professional. There was never a question that either she could answer immediately or that she was able to research and get back to me. Due to the changing funding sources of the buyer, there were many delays but Louise maintained her patience and kept me informed every step of the way. I wish there were more businesses that I deal with that had Louise's attention to detail.
