This purchase was a long and drawn out process. Louise was extremely diligent in her guidance and became aware immediately of what I was looking for. However, with inventory in the area being slim, Louise did not rush me into any property that came available. Again, her patience paid off, as I got a condo that I'm so happy with, and I was previously anxious to buy other condos that weren't nearly as nice as the one I purchased. Anyone would be fortunate to have Louise Delgiudice represent them.

Louise ALWAYS treated me with utmost respect and NEVER wavered in her dedication to me. I have to admit I was one hard customer (she worked hard for her commission, lol). I tended to get angry, yell at the drop of a hat and not follow protocol. Louise always kept her cool friendly demeanor. She always listened to all my concerns and frustrations. She UNDERSTOOD me and that's priceless. I admire her and all her successes in life. I think she's a great role model for not only women but men too.
