We selected Luke Whitehurst because we had heard about what a great broker and person he was through mutual friends of ours. We are so happy with all of the help Luke gave us and we have already recommended him to many friends and family members that are starting to look at home buying. I felt comfortable calling Luke at anytime of the day. We communicated through text often because it was easier while I was at work. If he didn't respond to me at that moment, he responded by the end of the day. Top customer service!!!!! Luke gave us the best names of local people to help with our home inspections. He was always available to take us to look at our home time and time again. Luke was very professional and gave great advice about the market and the value of our home and the homes around it. Everyone was very helpful!!!!!! A few times I had to go to the office to sign paperwork and Luke was not there, but his co-worker Wayne was and helped us out very much!!! They seemed to have great team work and communication and Wayne was always on the same page as me and Luke. Also, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. It is nice to know that great customer service is being given!! I had the best experience with Century 21! We had the hardest time with our Lender, Quicken Loans, they seriously made us reconsider wanting to buy a home anymore. Without Luke making the other side of our home buying easy and convenient, we would not be home owners. Luke even called our lender for us to understand a few problems and then he was in turn able to explain them to us in a more understanding way which made everything simpler for us to complete the home buying process. My husband and I are truly grateful for everything Luke helped us with.

Luke seemed very knowledgeable about local real estate. He has an engaging personality and we knew he'd be a delight to work with. Luke has the perfect personality for working with the public. He is friendly, respectful and has the patience of Job. He made himself available to us at moments notice. He was extremely responsive and made the entire process of "house hunting" easy.

Luke Whitehurst was the listing agent on a house that I looked at but didn't buy. I chose him because he grew up in the area and still chose to live there; in addition he had great ratings. Someone with local knowledge was important to me because I was buying out of state. Even though I didn't buy the original home I was interested in I still chose to have Luke act as my agent.
