Buyer reviewLuke Whitehurst was the listing agent on a house that I looked at but didn't buy. I chose him because he grew up in the area and still chose to live there; in addition he had great ratings. Someone with local knowledge was important to me because I was buying out of state. Even though I didn't buy the original home I was interested in I still chose to have Luke act as my agent. Six months later I found the house of my dreams and Luke made sure that everything went as seamless as possible; he was even able to get the closing date moved up to a day that worked better with my schedule. I would not only recommend him but I would choose Luke for any additional real estate needs that I might have in the future.

Seller reviewLuke Whitehurst called me and asked if I was interested in selling my vacant lot along with another piece of property with two buildings on it that was already up for sale. I agreed and told him how much I wanted for the property. Luke was very pleasant and helpful. The property was sold within two months and for a very good price. If Luke hadn't called me the property would still be sitting there and I would still be paying taxes on it after 40+ years. I worked with both Luke Whitehurst and Elias Kirallah during this sale. They were both caring, considerate and helpful. They respected my wishes and went out of their way to answer my questions. If they didn't know the answers, they found out and called me back. I would definately use them both again. I felt the sales experience provided by Luke Whitehurst was Very Good.
