Buyer reviewIt was good to know that she has been highly successful in transactions for this particularly competitive condo; she had been involved in several sales in the building, she knew the right people from whom to get accurate information, and she was a familiar, well-respected person within this condo milieu; excellent choice! Lydia is quite detail oriented; she kept us involved in every step along the way, by phone calls, sending copies of all applicable e-mails and always encouraging us to ask questions; We felt free to contact her at any time with questions, and she always found the answers we needed. She has Impeccable character! Office receptionist always pleasant with a huge, inviting smile! The underlying sale "drama" (from seller's agent) was a challenge, but not only did Lydia make it happen, she managed to keep us on a positive plane so that we did not just give up (though tempted); Thanks Lydia
