Seller reviewI would highly recommend Lydia as anyone's realtor. She is a great person and easy to get along with. She is excellent at negotiating and handling the process of buying, selling, or renting like the pro that she is. She will give you her all to your satisfaction and is amazing at what she does. I have recommended her to friends and they were extremely satisfied with her services. I feel fortunate to have met her. She successfully handled my condo purchase and sale and helped me understand the process every step of the way.

Buyer reviewWhen I first met Lydia at an open house I was not in a position to buy the condo. She knew I was not ready to purchase however she did not treat e me any different. She was very professional and took time with me to show me the condo and tour the building. 2 years later I reached out to Lydia because I was ready to buy and she remembered me! That made me feel special as she went above and beyond to make sure I got the condo I wanted. I highly recommend Lydia as she is the best realtor in Metro Detroit!

Seller reviewLydia was one of two the Condo Property Manger recommended when I asked who have the most sales in the building. I met with both and Lydia was very expedient in following up with comps and info I requested. Lydia then quickly responded to all of my calls or other requests. I picked her because of her knowledge of the property and her promptness in responding to my inquiries. Lydia held an open house every Sunday until the property sold. Lydia had knowledge regarding the condo association, property history and what's part of the condo vs association and common areas. We listed and sold this property 30% higher than any sold compared to the last 2 years comps and that's due to dedication and knowledge of the property of Lydia! Lydia was always on top of everything including advertising on Facebook and on the Cond Associations Facebook coupled with the advertising for open houses and the weekly open houses. When Lydia said she was going to do something, it was done immediately. I had a hard time keeping up with Lydia!
