I started my career in Real Estate in 1988, following the path of my parents who founded Century 21 Norris-Valley Forge in Phoenixville. I have been a top producing agent for over 25 years. I have worked with home buyers and sellers throughout the area, from the Main Line to the rolling Chester County countryside and the diverse neighborhoods of Montgomery County.

Seller reviewI would highly recommend Lynne Norris to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. This was my first time selling and she made the entire process simple from beginning to end. She suggested things I never would have thought about, like staging our home, to get the best response from prospective buyers. Lynne was always willing to take the extra time to respond to a text, email, or jump on a call. She was there to walk me through home pricing, sellers disclosures, and anything I needed during the entire process. Her assistant Stacy was also very pleasant to work with, as she was always helpful and on top of everything. From the first time I meet Lynne I could tell she was very experienced, helpful, open, and transparent. Also, she is now someone I feel I can go to if I ever have real estate questions in the future. Lynne is a true expert in her field and I could not have asked for a better Realtor.

Seller reviewLynne and Stacy were extremely patient throughout the entire process of me getting my house ready to be sold - I first engaged Lynne in August and didn't have the house on the market until December but she was there with me every step of the way making sure I was staying on track and advising me on what she thought I should and shouldn't get done etc. She was an absolute delight to deal with and was always realistic about what she thought I could get for the property. If you're looking for a realtor who is super knowledgeable about the area, is willing to be patient with you, and is super responsive (and super friendly to boot!) then I can't recommend Lynne and her staff enough!

She worked with us under very difficult circumstances as I was selling my sister's dream home after her sudden passing. Seller reviewLynne Norris is the real deal. A co-worker referred me to her in 2018 to purchase my home - I wasn't a first time home buyer, and had recently sold my dream home in another state. I also had previously worked in real estate. These factors actually contributed to me being a bit of a parsnickety buyer - but, Lynne was patient, never rushed me, and demonstrated her professionalism in knowing the local market. In 2021, I relocated out of state again, and actually contemplated leveraging a "budget broker" to sell the same home - but, when I met with other brokers, none of them compared to Lynne. The market was hot, but still, we needed Lynne to price the home properly, help leverage her relationships with stagers and contractors to get it staged for sale, and deal with the details of the closing documents. The buyers' agent was insulting, but Lynne kept her cool, and we got to the closing table efficiently. At each tollgate, Lynne explained the potential risks (to accepting or declining terms the buyers were suggesting), and I felt like she had my best interest in mind at every turn. Beyond the professional attention to detail, I was going through a divorce during this process; and Lynne's handling of that complication was compassionate and .... just perfect. I could write a book describing Lynne's real estate prowess - but I'll sum it up with, she's the real deal.
