I started my career in Real Estate in 1988, following the path of my parents who founded Century 21 Norris-Valley Forge in Phoenixville. I have been a top producing agent for over 25 years. I have worked with home buyers and sellers throughout the area, from the Main Line to the rolling Chester County countryside and the diverse neighborhoods of Montgomery County.

Seller reviewLynne Norris is the real deal. A co-worker referred me to her in 2018 to purchase my home - I wasn't a first time home buyer, and had recently sold my dream home in another state. I also had previously worked in real estate. These factors actually contributed to me being a bit of a parsnickety buyer - but, Lynne was patient, never rushed me, and demonstrated her professionalism in knowing the local market. In 2021, I relocated out of state again, and actually contemplated leveraging a "budget broker" to sell the same home - but, when I met with other brokers, none of them compared to Lynne. The market was hot, but still, we needed Lynne to price the home properly, help leverage her relationships with stagers and contractors to get it staged for sale, and deal with the details of the closing documents. The buyers' agent was insulting, but Lynne kept her cool, and we got to the closing table efficiently. At each tollgate, Lynne explained the potential risks (to accepting or declining terms the buyers were suggesting), and I felt like she had my best interest in mind at every turn. Beyond the professional attention to detail, I was going through a divorce during this process; and Lynne's handling of that complication was compassionate and .... just perfect. I could write a book describing Lynne's real estate prowess - but I'll sum it up with, she's the real deal.
