Buyer reviewMaddie was extremely patient with my myriad of questions and insecurities as a first time home buyer. I bought this home in Iowa while I was still living in Colorado. Her walkthrough videos of this and other homes were awesome. She pointed out various things that were important to me. I particularly asked her to let me know about odors, noises, and other things be and she was upfront and honest about these things. I mean, I bought this home without ever seeing it in person and her walkthrough videos made it possible to feel comfortable doing that. The house was everything portayed in the videos. I strongly recommend her as a realtor for long distance buyers.

I always had answers to my questions right away, no matter the time of day. She's very diligent and prompt with her work. All types of communication were used; phone calls, text messages, emails, in person, and all were extremely professional! 10/10 would recommend Maddie to anyone!
