Seller reviewI wanted to select a realtor and broker that cares for my opinions on selling my property, which is exactly what I found! Maddie was professional, positive, and worked hard to get our house sold as quickly as possible (under 24 hours). The complicated closing process was made simple under Maddie's direction, and I never had to worry because I knew things were getting taken care of the right way! When describing my experience with Maddie I would summarize her as polite, friendly, approachable, accessible, just to name a few. What can I say about Maddie that's not positive… nothing! She made this selling process a breeze, and without her, there is no question I would not have had this same experience. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling!

Buyer reviewI, without any hesitation would recommend Maddie to family and friends. She has a wonderful system set up to expedite the filling out/signing of documents that with peoples lives being so time restrictive is very helpful. She was always quick to get back to us with any questions or concerns. We also were never made to feel like we were being rushed which is a "Big Deal" when making such a long term, life changing decision. I think Maddie would be successful at whatever career choice she makes however she is definitely a hit as a realtor. Thanks again to Maddie for making our home purchase a fun and smooth process. Buyer reviewMaddie was the Sellers agent on the first property we saw. We enjoyed her professionalism and personality so we asked her to help us find another property as the one we viewed was not suitable for us. In spite of her medical condition Maddie was prompt, responsive, and made sure we were well cared for right through closing!!
