She even understood that "yes, I knew this my house I just wanted to see a few more to make sure I hadn't jumped the gun on it." Mandy was so determined that I wouldn't have to wait any longer to sign due to the mix up that she actually chased down the FED-EX truck to get my package to close the deal.
