Seller reviewOur home was not easy to sell at all and we had been with another realtor for 1 year previously with no luck. Mandy had some wonderful suggestions for everything from staging to the wording used in the summary for the listing and it really worked. We really feel that she went out of her way many many tmes and it really paid off. Not only wold I absolutely recommend Mandy to anyone even thinking of buying or selling a home, but we now consider her a personal friend.

She was so on top of everything and we really felt like she was fighting for us. She went above and beyond many many times. The neighborhood we wanted, and eventually got, is so desirable that homes have many offers within 24 hours time. Most of all, she got our old house sold and let me say, that was very hard. We absolutely recommend her to people every chance we get.
