We have been searching for the perfect home for a long time and Marcia was so patient with us, never pushed us into anything we weren't comfortable with, and truly wanted to help us find exactly what we wanted. In the 15 years Marcia has listed my properties for rent between tenants, it has not sat unrented for more than 15 days, which is phenomenal.
