Completely professional at every moment of the process. Marcia went above and beyond helping us understand the process, the costs involved, what work was worth the investment, and recommendations for professionals for all work/services we needed.
The buyers of our house had some particularly difficult lawyers and mortgage brokers which kept delaying them in closing. Marcia, along with the incredible lawyer she recommended to us, handled the situation and got us to closing! We have had bad experiences many years ago buying and selling houses, but working with Marcia made the entire process manageable!

Marcia went above and beyond. She was able to arrange for cleaners and junk removers, things I would not have known where to start with. I have bought two and sold one house and never had an experience like this.
