Personal Profile
With a lifetime of experience managing moves-starting with my upbringing in a military family across the East Coast and Cuba-I bring a unique perspective to helping clients navigate buying and selling homes.
After a corporate career, including 17 years in accounting, finance, and management at Federal Express in the U.S. and Canada, I transitioned into real estate in 2003, applying my skills in management, forecasting, and problem solving to serve clients.
My husband and I fell in love with Arkansas during vacations starting in 1996 and now enjoy living in Cotter, near the beautiful waters and warm community of the Twin Lakes area. We are active members of the North Arkansas FlyFishers, Cotter-Gassville Chamber of Commerce, and Baxter County Master Gardeners. In our spare time, we enjoy fishing, kayaking, gardening, and traveling.
I am a licensed Executive Broker in Arkansas and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Arkansas REALTOR® Association, North Central Board of REALTORS®, and North Central MLS.

I would definately go through Marcia in the future for any real estate needs/wants. I trusted her very much and she made me feel that my comfort level was very important. She is excellent in her job and a great advocate for buyer and seller alike. Marcia kept me informed with every move she and other realtors made reguarding my property. She was respectful of the active working ranch part of the property and kept my livestock and property safe while showing it. Honest, straight forward, respectful. I have spent a lot of time developing the farm. We will be moving in a couple of years when we retire and I was nervous about being able to sell the farm, so we listed it a little early. Marcia found the best buyers, I made the best price, and I can continue to care for the livestock until the owners are ready to take over when they retire. It turned out to be a win/win situation.
