In my experiences real estate is a very fluid and complex business that seemingly always surprises you with the unexpected. Navigating through the process isn't something that can be taught. Marcia surely must have been good at the game twister. Somehow she managed to make the right step and pick the right color every time there was a chance the deal could crumble. She was very instrumental in the acquisition of my purchase. She was also very professional. I felt that she represented herself and C21 and myself as a professional should.
In closing
If you want a realtor who is serious, professional, and tenacious, Marcia Gail Taylor will be a great resource.

After my wife passed, I needed to downsize from a large home on 2.5 acres with extensive flower beds that had become too much to maintain. I asked Marcia Taylor to be my agent because I’ve known her for years and she has an excellent reputation in the community. Once we clarified that I wanted a condo with no outdoor maintenance, she found the perfect place in just two days. Marcia stayed on top of every detail, kept me informed, and was always available by text or phone. From starting the search to closing took about a month. I highly recommend Marcia Taylor to anyone buying or selling a home in the Baxter County area.
