Buyer reviewI have bought and sold several houses and commercial buildings and Marcie is by far the hardest working and best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Even my family members have commented about her excellence. She stayed on top of everything in this transaction and was in constant contact with me. I never had a doubt or did not know what was happening and when it was happening. She made this process as simple and easy as possible. I cannot express how pleased I am with Marcie and her professionalism. This all started with Marcie showing me a rental house in Wimberley and me commenting that there was a rental on Kyle/Buda I was interested in but could not get in contact with them. She contacted them for me and met me there a day later. One day later she showed me this house and I was putting an offer on it with her suggestion of a 10 day option so I could continue to look at other properties which she lined up for me. She went above and beyond starting with looking at rentals to the purchase of this house.

Her knowledge of the area, the comps, and remodeling helped us make the best decisions possible. Her professionalism, work ethic and tenacity are both remarkable and unequivocal!! Buyer reviewShe was knowledgeable of the area. She was eager to help, but without becoming too annoying. Marcie seemed in tune with our wants and needs despite being 300 miles away. Marcie dealt with a lot of obstacles with our house. She ultimately became a friend, sometimes life coach(!), and made things easy for us to understand. When things went south, it was Marcie's attention to detail that protected us. She is fantastic person! She is a professional, yet personable. Our contract was stressful, and I'm thankful that Marcie hung in there as long as she did.
