She was involved from the beginning in helping stage the property to communicating and coordinating with the then residents to make sure of times that the property could be shown and was show ready. There were a couple of difficult buyers that we had to deal with and Marcie helped me deal with them professionally. In the end Marcie found a great buyer and got the job done at a great price. I was very satisfied with her efforts throughout the adventure. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling in the area.

Actually most things were done early - inspections, survey questions answered, title company requirements, etc. We actually closed a day early. She was very good at pointing out things that we might not have noticed in many of the houses we looked at whether good, or knowing it wasn't something we wanted. We highly recommend Marcie!
