Seller reviewMarge was my saving grace. I had lost my mom and needed to sale her property. Marge has unmatched fire and determination when it comes to selling a home. She went above and beyond Multiple time for me as I am an a active duty service member located in Florida. She great knowledge and many connections that proved invaluable as this was a difficult sale with hidden problems but she always had a solution to get through the most difficult obstacles I had to face in getting this house sold. She spoke to me like we were family, I felt safe and secured knowing she was there locally to tackle all the unforeseeable problems. She kept me informed even when I was deployed for half the time we were working together. She will be my realtor until the end of time I am excited for the next we can find me a house back home in indiana when I retire from the Navy. Marge is simply the best realtor in Indiana hands down!! I would recommend her for an award and to all my friends and family.

Buyer reviewWe were looking for someone who had a large number of sales on Lake Lemon and knew the Lake well. Margie sold a neighbors home and many others. In fact majority of homes on Lake Lemon in the in the past & recently. Her family has been well known and active at the Lake. Margie has the listing for my home on the Lake. My husband & I also needed a place to move to in Bloomington We explained our needs and she had exactly what we wanted within 1st week of contact with her. Both my husband & I liked Margie & her understanding of our needs. She gave use her full attention and was always available for our questions.

Buyer reviewOur agent, Molley Eberly-Polley, was chosen by our realtors in Los Angeles when we were purchasing our first Bloomington. The LA agents spent a lot of time on the phone with Molly vetting her. They told us she was the one to work with. Margie came to our home around 11:00 PM one night to finish paperwork and get signatures so she could present the offer the next morning at 8:00 AM. She was well informed and did an excellent job helping us with offer strategy. Margie was very knowledgeable, respectful with clear/timely communication with both my husband and me. Margie grew up in Bloomington so was able to give us such clear guidance on home inspections and evaluations. Margie was a real trooper since a lot of our time during this process we were at home in Los Angeles in a different time zone while receiving and signing pertinent papers.
