Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I relocated to Naples, Florida in 1983 and then Pinellas County in 1990 and became a Realtor in 1995. I relocated to Georgia for three years as an agent. I have to say, "It was too cold for me" so I moved back to Pinellas County in 2001 and was with another firm for over 10 years until I decided to take a break. I realized I missed my PASSION for REAL ESTATE.

Seller reviewI inherited the home from my parents and loved coming down there three or four times a year from the Pittsburgh area. My tenant has been renting from me for 25 years and we have frown to know each other and enjoyed our times together. When it came time for me to sell he stated that he had known Maria for about 20 years and she was also a neighbor so i did not hesitate to use her as I had, unfortunately hired an attorney to look over documents as I just wanted to make sure all was OK. Maria would have, in hindsight been more than qualified to handle everything, as that is her job. In the end I would give her the highest recommendations as she was always quick with a response to any questions or concerns that I had, When we meaning myself the buyers were at a table, Maria made sure I understood everything that was going on, even though she could tell that sometimes I wasn't and would again explain anything and everything to me until I was comfortable. It was a stressful situation for me at my age and appreciate her attention to detail right up to the time we had reached closure. I would without hesitation recommend Maria to anyone who is looking for a reliable, honest person to handle one of the biggest financial situations in ones life, buying or selling a home.
