Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I relocated to Naples, Florida in 1983 and then Pinellas County in 1990 and became a Realtor in 1995. I relocated to Georgia for three years as an agent. I have to say, "It was too cold for me" so I moved back to Pinellas County in 2001 and was with another firm for over 10 years until I decided to take a break. I realized I missed my PASSION for REAL ESTATE.

Buyer reviewI would highly recommend Maria to handle any of your Real Estate requirements. Maria very patiently led us to the purchase of our home. We took a long time to purchase a home and Maria never pressured us or made us feel like we were wasting his time. Ultimately we ended up with the right house at the right price. My wife and I were faced with an extremely tight deadline for purchasing our new home. After viewing 50+ homes in 2 weeks we were starting to become discouraged. We threw Maria a huge curve ball and changed the budget and cities that we were looking at. She dug right in and found us the type of property we were looking for. She was extremely helpful and attended our home inspection for us when we were prevented from traveling to it. She was always available and made what could have been an extremely stressful time enjoyable and rewarding." Again I would highly recommend Maria on either side of the Real Estate experience.

Buyer reviewMaria went above and beyond for us in our search for a property and I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in this area. In this crazy market, she stuck with us through many different properties and offers and never gave up hope until the mission was accomplished and got the property we wanted! She has a great local knowledge of the area and understanding of the local market and laws for short-term rentals which helped us a lot. Even though we were out of state and could not accompany her to look at many of the properties, she made use of video technology to make us feel like we were there. Cannot say enough good things about Maria, would absolutely work with her again and if you need a real estate pro in the Pinellas County area, definitely see if she is available!

Buyer reviewThis is the second property that we have bought in the Clearwater Beach area working with Maria. She is truly amazing! The first experience was excellent and I didn't think there was any way she could surpass that buying experience, but she did. She has changed from being a business acquaintance to being a friend. She is extremely thorough, always on top of everything and a terrific communicator. She brings such a great business sense of the real estate world to us and has had great advice on how to handle each step along the way. She is very good at explaining everything so we could understand it. She works late evenings and early mornings to make sure everything gets done promptly and never makes it seem like an inconvenience. To top that off, she is very personable. She sees the importance of building a bond and trust in her. She is very competent at her job and it is easy to put trust in her that she will get everything done without having to keep track of any details ourselves. She has gone above and beyond her job description even after the closing and helped us find painters, maintenance workers and housekeeper recommendations. I highly recommend Maria and would definitely use her again if we buy another property.
