Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I relocated to Naples, Florida in 1983 and then Pinellas County in 1990 and became a Realtor in 1995. I relocated to Georgia for three years as an agent. I have to say, "It was too cold for me" so I moved back to Pinellas County in 2001 and was with another firm for over 10 years until I decided to take a break. I realized I missed my PASSION for REAL ESTATE.

She was extremely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Maria was always available to answer our questions and when the right time came, (3 years after we first met) she made the entire process very easy and stress free-a difficult task, as we live over 2,000 miles away on the other side of the country. Maria was very patient with us and assisted us in fulfilling our lifelong dream of owning a vacation beach property. Her professionalism has not stopped after the sale closed! She has continued to make herself available, going as far as to offer to accept our packages while we are away- that is going over and beyond the sale! Seller reviewWe found Maria MacNeil 3 years ago while searching properties in Florida. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to her we bought a beautiful condo.. Unfortunately we had to sell the condo this year and automatically reached out to Maria. She came to see me the very next day and I knew immediately we were in good hands. She set the asking price at a point that we both agreed was fair and listened to our concerns. She called us the day after it went up for sale to tell us that it was already sold! We were ecstatic with the deal and couldn't believe she accomplished it so quickly. From that point on everything was a breeze. We live full time in New York and were concerned that we wouldn't be able to take care of anything from here since we're not permitted to travel to Florida because of Covid. Maria offered to take care of everything. And I mean everything! She removed all personal items that we didn't want to include in the sale boxed/packed them up for us, moved them to a storage facility and even returned our cable boxes!! I don't think there's another real estate agent out there who can service their clients as well as she does! She did all of this and never lost her composure! We're very grateful to her and would recommend her to anyone looking for property!!! Thank you Maria!!!!

Buyer reviewThere is not enough words to describe what Maria McNeil did for us in getting our home. We had been working with Maria for over 18 months. Maria helped us get into a rental until we had our ducks in a row to purchase our home. Maria kept in touch with us and worked with us every step of the way until we were in the position to get the process started of owning a home. I was not looking forward to dealing with a realtor as they are usually snotty. Maria on the other hand was so easy to get along with and was always making sure that our needs were met. When we did start the process of looking at house 's Maria always made sure that we were looking at house that would meet our needs. Maria is not only a realtor but in my book she is now a friend. I would recommend her to everyone that is wanting to purchase a home. Maria in my book went above and beyond all my expectations of a realtor.
