Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I relocated to Naples, Florida in 1983 and then Pinellas County in 1990 and became a Realtor in 1995. I relocated to Georgia for three years as an agent. I have to say, "It was too cold for me" so I moved back to Pinellas County in 2001 and was with another firm for over 10 years until I decided to take a break. I realized I missed my PASSION for REAL ESTATE.

Buyer reviewWe were put in touch with Maria through the Zillow app based on a property request we made. We couldn't have been happier finding Maria that way as she was a perfect fit for us. She had all necessary Real Estate knowledge and more importantly she has extensive local knowledge which was extremely helpful as we are new to this area. She is an amazing listener and really focuses on what her client shares as far as needs and expectations. We had a very short window to find a property and she got right on things and was immediately available to show us all the properties we were interested in. She pointed out pros and cons throughout the process and without doubt helped us narrow our search to exactly what we needed. Her contacts also came into play as she was able to arrange an inspection and provide a home owner insurance broker we worked with. We were satisfied completely with both outcomes. Her agency also uses DotLoop software to sign documents and that made things beyond easy throughout the process. We would recommend AND use Maria's services again when the situation arises. The seller was located outside the United States and Maria was exceptional in handling that issue and getting all closing documents completed on time for us to take possession.

Is there a higher rating for patient? My real estate purchases/sales have been with me and my son, and we are not always on the same page. Maria may have wanted to strangle us a time or two (and who could blame her), but she never shows it. It has been a pleasure working with Maria both professionally and personally. I highly recommend her as an agent.

Between her phone calls keeping me up to date on all aspects of the sale, and even helping out with certain home inspection punch list items due to me being out of state, Maria never stopped thinking about us and I highly recommend her.
