Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I relocated to Naples, Florida in 1983 and then Pinellas County in 1990 and became a Realtor in 1995. I relocated to Georgia for three years as an agent. I have to say, "It was too cold for me" so I moved back to Pinellas County in 2001 and was with another firm for over 10 years until I decided to take a break. I realized I missed my PASSION for REAL ESTATE.

Seller reviewI have to say that I had been pretty skeptical in using a broker for the sale of my home. I had heard good and bad things about going that route. But after meeting with Maria Macneil, I must say that I had no questions or doubts that I was in good hands. Maria, proved to be a professional and a caring person. I felt secure in knowing that although I had moved out of state during the process of the sale, that she would do all she had to in order to make the sale close. The last minute the first buyers did not qualify and with in minutes she contacted the other bidder and put them on contract within 24 hrs,set closing date and we were done,she is fast reliable and always returns phone call very fast That's what I like. When ever we needed her, she was there. This allowed us to see more property, find out where we wanted to be and find the house within our price range.
