Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I relocated to Naples, Florida in 1983 and then Pinellas County in 1990 and became a Realtor in 1995. I relocated to Georgia for three years as an agent. I have to say, "It was too cold for me" so I moved back to Pinellas County in 2001 and was with another firm for over 10 years until I decided to take a break. I realized I missed my PASSION for REAL ESTATE.

Seller reviewWhen Maria Ann Macneil first provided me with her marketing presentation, I was overcome with the comprehensive data and detail it contained, but when I took the time to read it over, I was astounded at its excellence. I had very few questions, which were quickly answered and discussed in detail. When arranging for people to visit and see the property, Maria obviously understood my wish to "be there" personally. Every visit was set up with names of the people, time of the visit and representatives. Offers were made and discussed in detail with Maria with excellent knowledge based advice. Encountered some additional issues with regard to selling this property which Maria had to deal with, which she did in a professional and efficient manner.
