I am very satisfied and grateful to have had someone like Maria who was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. This was my first time selling a house ( 2 houses in the same lot) I had no previous experience and had many questions. I also was very hesitant about selling the homes . My parents bought the houses in 1973 since then my only 2 siblings and parents have passed so it was very hard for me let go of the homes where their were so many beautiful memories but Maria made this very difficult decision and process comfortable and satisfying that this was the best decision to do . She was very patient, informative and always available when I needed her, furthermore she dealt with squatters that took over my parent's house which she was very professional and handle the problems effectively. I thank her very much and would definitely recommend and would want her services when needed in the future. Maria was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous she was available 24/7 and answered any and all questions I had. She did worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I will be working with Maria again and again. She is great to work with and understands the clients needs.
