Everything was done via phone or emails and Marianne did a wonderful job keeping us updated, in the loop, offered advise, was very professional, and was fun to work with. She made the entire process as painless as possible. The property was my 92 year old father's and I was selling it for him. Marianne always contacted my dad and clearly explained every step of the process. She was very kind, patient, understanding, and professional. Marianne is an outstanding agent! We recommended her to somebody we recently met from the Twain Harte area. Century 21 is very fortunate to have her on their team.

Buyer reviewMarianne is amazing!! She listens...she is honest...she is real...she cares about serving her client...she has top notch integrity. All real estate agents sure could learn a few things from her! I have never had such an easy, pleasant real estate transaction ever! Marianne was patient, as it took about a year or so for me to find the house I wanted. She remembered all the things that were important to me and what I was looking for. I have never had a real estate agent that was so involved and wanting me to find the perfect house. Anyone looking for a house should use her. She will not hound you to buy any house just to get a house sold to you ...she will work at whatever pace you want. She is on top of it at all times.. I never waited more than 5 minutes for her to return my call or text!
