Seller reviewMy father recently died and we needed to sell his home quickly. We were dealing with grief and the home needed major cleanup. Marianne was able to take charge, get the place ready to be sold, and quickly sell the home significantly more than we were asking. Her staging and marketing strategy resulted in a bidding war. We maximized the sales price and minimized the hassle of the entire process of selling a home. She is the best realtor we have ever worked with and I would highly recommend.

Marianne took great care in every aspect of the transactions. I felt very well informed and educated on the home buying process. As this was my first home purchase, that was very important to me. I was stressing out a bit during the process which is pretty standard I guess. It was nice having Marianne's cool professional demeanor and advice to keep me on track. The office staff was so nice and helpful with me dropping in and faxing paperwork to my lender. Marianne helped get me into my perfect forever home. Worked out great and I'm so happy.
