Seller reviewWe purchased our home from Marianne 10 years ago and wanted to work with her again. We knew she was the one that would put in the time to make this process as easy as possible. Being our second home, we were not able to be there to take care of inspections, setting up workers to come in and do the small things that needed to be done. She took care of everything. Marianne is very easy to get along with, and took the time to make sure she knew what we would want done. She knows her market and was very knowledgeable about price and timing. Being able to work smoothly and trusting that everything will go smoothly and on time is a dream for any buyer or seller.

Marianne was the best, she took an interest in the property and helping me long distance in getting it ready to sale. Not once was I required to fly out to verify anything in any way. It is nice to have a TRUSTWORTHY relationship knowing that my best interest was her number one priority. She is truly an asset to the company and one that can be trusted!!!! Trust is huge.

After meeting Marianne we felt a connection and that she would have our backs through this process. We couldn't have asked for a better agent!
