She was wonderful in calming my fears as we worked through the process. We were able to assemble a knowledgeable team to deal with all the angles and had a very successful outcome. She was able to help me keep on track and navigate our way through the changing circumstances. I would highly recommend her to handle your purchases. I always felt that she had my best interests at heart.

Buyer reviewWe were on vacation, and saw a real estate magazine. We had always wanted a cabin of our own. We called Marianne and told her our price range and that it must have a lake membership. Within a day, she was showing us cabins that fit our request. We found one that day, and put an offer in. Since we live out of town, Marianne handled everything for us. We closed escrow exactly one month later. Marianne made the whole process very easy and smooth. She is still helping and has definitely gone above and beyond my expectations.
