Seller reviewWe had a overall EXCELLENT experience with Marianne Freiwald! Marianne was wonderful to deal with. She was very easy to talk candidly with and gave us honest feedback regarding our questions etc. She was readily available when we needed to contact her, and went out of her way to work around our schedule. Her knowledge of the real estate market and the Twain Harte area was very helpful. In our case she ended up representing the buyer also. I feel it can sometimes be difficult to represent both the seller and the buyer (although financially beneficial), but she was able to handle this quite appropriately, managing to get both parties needs met. She is the apitamy of what you want in a real estate agent. We would not hesitate to use her again! I have already recommended her to an aquantance who is considering buying a cabin in Twain Harte!
